Interview Question: Why Dont You Have a Degree?

When asked why I don’t have a degree, I emphasize my practical experience and the skills I’ve gained through hands-on work. I believe that real-world experience often provides insights and knowledge that a classroom setting may not. I've actively sought opportunities to learn and grow in my field, whether through internships, certifications, or self-directed projects. This approach has allowed me to develop a strong foundation and adaptability that I believe are equally valuable in a professional environment.

Additionally, I value continuous learning and have pursued relevant certifications and online courses to enhance my knowledge and skills. This self-directed approach has enabled me to stay current with industry trends and technologies. I believe that my hands-on experience, combined with my proactive learning, equips me to contribute effectively to your team and adapt quickly to new challenges. I’m excited about the opportunity to leverage my background in a professional setting.
